Bonded NdFeB: Bonded Neodymium-Ferrite-Boron(NdFeB) is made from mixture of NdFeB powder and organic bonded chemical like epoxy resin, nylon, etc. It is shaped through moulds pressing, injection, extrusion, etc.

Characteristic:

1.the most powerful magnetic property in all the isotropic magnets.

2.can be shaped into high accurate and diversified components for one time without processing again.

4.good ability of anti-erosion

5.steady performance in temperature.

Application: Comparing to sintering NdFeB magnete, Bonded NdFeB magnete have the features of being shaped for one time, magnetization in various orientations. They are mainly used in micro-motor.
