Magnet Cutting Method
There are many ways to cut magnets, and the common ones are wire electric discharge cutting, diamond saw blade or wire cutting. Different magnets use different cutting methods, and some use grinding wheels to cut pieces.
Neodymium magnet
There are many cutting methods for neodymium magnets, the common ones are slicer cutting and wire cutting. The slicer is a diamond inner hole cutting blade with a thickness of about 0.3mm, which can cut the magnet to the required size according to the need. This method only works for simple square magnet shapes, disc magnet shapes, and cylindrical shapes. Wire cutting is a high-precision processing method, generally used for cutting special-shaped magnets, large products, etc.
ferrite magnet
There are many cutting methods for ferrite magnets, the common ones are EDM wire cutting, diamond saw blade or wire cutting, etc. The ferrite magnet itself can only be processed on its outer diameter and thickness, but cannot be divided. If the original performance of the split will change, there will be a weak magnetic phenomenon. The outer diameter and thickness are mostly processed by water grinding, and the appearance will change after processing.
rubber magnet
There are many ways to cut rubber magnets, and the common ones are wire electric discharge cutting, diamond saw blade or wire cutting. Wire EDM is a high-precision processing method, which is generally used for cutting special-shaped magnets and large products.
Injection magnet
Injection magnets can be cut by wire EDM, or cut by diamond saw blade or wire.
Samarium Cobalt Magnets
SmCo magnets can be cut by wire, or by diamond saw blade or wire.
Alnico Magnets
There are many cutting methods for AlNiCo magnets, the common ones are EDM wire cutting, diamond saw blade or wire cutting, etc.
"Since 2006, we found Mr.Guo and get products from him. We used magnets under the earth for the gas and water pipe industries. We have met no problem. We have been working in very happy ways. We have many cooperation. Every year, we spent time together and sometimes, we invited him to Korea. He is our younger brother. Strongly recommended!!"

"I had email to Mr. Guo for rare earth magnet requirements. They replied my e-mail promptly, and were very professional. Mr. Guo’s team still continues to deliver rare earth magnets to our agreed specifications with a very high quality standard since 2012. His team is very professional and thorough with its work. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them."
