We view quality is most most important to our company as well as to our customers. So we are very careful of quality control. Our first duty is to deliver qualified block magnets to customers's hand.   We have implemented ISO 90001 since 1999 and got the certification in 2002. We have strictly raw material management, process management, quality control manamgement. 

100% no quality cheating

Our attitude at quality issues

In the past 10-odd years, attributing to our heavily focusing on quality, we rarely received quality complaints. Like sizes, plating, it will be not a problem any more with our current manufacturing facility and skills. But we are still very carful due to some accidentical quality issues happening like shortage of quantity,some small cracks, some cartons' damage in shipment.

1st case, for shortage of quantity, when clients receive the goods , open the cartons and find the shortage

Our attitude: Yes, it is definetely our fault. We are very sorry. We will make new production to make up for the shortage. Or we return money in relate to the shortage.

(why there is quantity shortage? Actually, it almost cannot happen now. Before packing, the magnets will be magnetized. And magnets will be packed together in very regular shape which is easy for quantity calculation. For each inner box, we will calculate quantity and put labels. Then we total the quantities. So we have been many years for no shortage in quantity.) 

2nd case, for some small cracks, when client receive the goods, open the cartons and find the cracks.

Our attitude:usually small cracks will not reduce magnetic strength, it can go on to work. So  we will negotiate with clients to keep using them. But if they cannot work, we will make new production to make up for the cracks.

(why there is small cracks? Usually, cracks is from plating, packing,magnetizing, shipment. But cracks from plating, packing, magnetizing will be taken out during our final apperance checking. So even there are some cracks, the quantity will be very small. But cracks from shipment is out of our control. Due to vibration in shipment, the magnets have the chance to impact each other and make cracks. The quantity will be also very small because we use soft packing material. For big magnets, due to plating process, magnetizing process, some small cracks are unavoidable. We will view these small cracks as qualified and normal ones. But definetely, we will take out those abnormal cracks to ensure clients can use.).

Usually, we will check the purpose or application fields of the wanted magnets. Then we will advise suitable magnets. For examples, some customers need magnets for simple industrial purpose, then we will recommend them to use lower grade magnets. Some customers need magnets for commodity products, then we will choose cheap quality magnets. But all these advised magnets should meet the requirement of purpose and application. If customers have high requirement on magnets such as magnets for motors, generators, we will strongly advise to use necessary high grade magnets. Furthermore, we will strictly control our production cost and reduce our margins as possible as can.

Payment ways & terms

We have been in export for over 10 years. So we have quite understanding of international payment issues. For convenience to our customers, we have wide ways to receive payments from foreign countries, we can accept TT, PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, LC , DP, etc. We also try with some distinguished cusotmers with OA. We have customers from USA, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, France, German, Spain, Ireland, Poland, Serbia, Iran, India, UAE, Saudi Arab, Israel, Thailand, South Africa, etc.

For our distinguished customers with good credit standing, we will start prodution after purchasing order confirmed and 100% paid before shipment or negotiable. 

For new customers, we will require 30% down payment and rest balanced before shipment.

For small orders with value less than 5000USD as well as samples order, we will require 100% prepaid in advance. 

Delivery time

As per our common practices, our average delivery time: 7-15days. Respectively, 

Delivery for small ring magnets, usually 7-12days.

Delivery for big ring magnets, usually 12-22days. 

In most cases, we can deliver ring neodymium magnets on time. But we have to acknowledge there is some accidental things happened which influence our delivery time like government power shortage and limit,raw material supply shortage, busy seasons,processing failure, etc.  For these accidental things, we will keep customers updated often.

In case any accidental things, we advise customers to start purchase 1 month earlier. 

Shipment ways

We are familar with international transportation. We can deliver ring magnets by air, by sea, by courier.  

Usually, for goods of  total weight less than 30 kg, we advise customers to ship by courier. We have kept good relationship with DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, ARAMEX, DEPEX, etc we can get big discount for customers.  Usually, it takes 3-7days to customers' hands. 

For goods of total weight over 45kg, we advise customers to ship by air. Ningbo air port is one of the main export port. It can go through Hongkong, Singapore, UAE to all over the world air ports. Usually it takes 5-9days to arrive at customers' air port. 

For goods of total weight over 200kgs, we advise customers to ship by sea. Relatively, the sea freight is cheaper but much longer time to arrive at customers' hand. If customers have enough time, it is ecconomical way.Usually, it take 15-30 months depending on countries. 

Packing ways

In the past 10 years, we have much experience in how to packing in order to let goods to arrive at customers' hand safely. 

We mainly use double corrugated grey board cartons inside with foams to anti-vibration. 

Our common packing size: 35*27*15cm/ctn, 0.015m3, average gross weight is 15kg/ctn. 

For air shipment , we will add some iron sheets to screen the magnetic force before boarding. 

We can even make pallet and wooden cases to pack these magnets as per customers requirement.
