(2) Soft magnetic magnetization method
The soft magnetic magnetization method refers to the process of arranging the microscopic magnetic moments inside the magnet according to certain rules through an external magnetic field, but does not produce permanent magnetism. The characteristics of soft magnetic magnetization are: after the magnetic field disappears, the magnetism disappears. There are many methods of soft magnetic magnetization, such as induction soft magnetic method, AC power soft magnetic method, pulse power soft magnetic method, etc.
Remanence Reverse Saturation Method
The remanence reverse saturation method refers to the process of generating a reverse saturation magnetic field by changing the direction of the magnetic field to make the residual magnetic field inside the magnet reach a saturated state when the magnetic field strength is high. The characteristic of the residual magnetism reverse saturation method is that after the magnetic field disappears, the residual magnetic field disappears. The remanence reverse saturation method is mainly used to manufacture permanent magnet materials with high coercive force and high remanence.

The characteristic of the current excitation method is that the current disappears after the magnetic field disappears. Constant magnetic field adjustment technology
The constant magnetic field adjustment technology refers to the technology that keeps the magnetic field strength constant by changing the voltage or current of the external power supply. Constant magnetic field adjustment technology is mainly used to manufacture high-precision, high-stability experimental instruments and equipment.
