Magnetic rubber sheets (rubber soft magnets) are made by adding magnet powder and various compounding agents to rubber through banburying, calendering vulcanization, and withdrawal vulcanization. It can be made into single-sided and double-sided magnetized. Its main physical properties are high specific gravity, high hardness, good flatness and brightness, good wear resistance and high pressure resistance, and its length It can be cut or rolled according to actual needs.
Due to the high plasticity of the rubber magnetic material itself, the finished or semi-finished products can be cut, punched and mounted with other materials at will, and it is not easy to demagnetize, and it also has good corrosion resistance.
Compared with the magnetism between the opposite sex rubber magnets, the heterosexual rubber magnets have higher magnetic performance.
The density and temperature of the same-sex rubber magnets are lower than those of the opposite-sex rubber magnets.
Same-sex rubber magnets are mainly used in refrigerator magnets, printed products, stationery, and promotional products. Anisotropic rubber magnets are mainly used in micro motors, computers, laser printers, copiers, magnetic toys and other fields.
