artificial magnet
Artificial magnets, also known as artificial permanent magnets, refer to magnetic materials with strong magnetic fields manufactured through specific processes. Compared with natural magnets (such as NdFeB, cobalt magnets, etc.), artificial magnets usually have higher magnetic energy products and lower coercivity. They are widely used in many industrial applications such as motors, generators, transformers, sensors, etc.
1. Sintering method: Sinter powdery magnetic raw materials at high temperature to form dense magnetic materials. This method can produce magnets of various shapes and sizes.
2. Bonding method: Mix the magnetic powder with a binder, and then press it into the desired shape. This method is suitable for the preparation of thin, complex-shaped magnets.
3. Liquid immersion injection molding (MIP): Liquid metal is injected into the mold and cooled to form the desired magnet shape. This method can prepare high-performance, high-precision permanent magnets.
4. Hot pressing method: compound the powdered magnetic material with conductive materials such as metal sheet or graphite, and then heat to high temperature to make the magnetic material and conductive material tightly combined. This method can prepare multi-stage composite permanent magnets.
1. Motors and generators: Artificial magnets are widely used in various types of motors and generators, such as AC motors, DC motors and stepping motors. They can generate a powerful magnetic field, which drives the rotor to rotate.
2. Sensors: Artificial magnets are also widely used in various sensors, such as Hall sensors, magnetometers, electromagnetic inductors, etc. These sensors use changes in magnetic fields to measure physical quantities such as temperature, speed, and position.
3. Data storage devices: In recent years, artificial magnets have also been used in data storage devices. For example, some newer hard drives use artificial magnets to improve read and write speed and stability.
4. Medical imaging: Artificial magnet technology can also be used in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), enabling doctors to observe the internal structure of the human body without using radioactive substances.
It should be noted that although artificial magnets have many advantages, they may have an impact on human health due to the strong magnetic field they generate. Therefore, relevant safety guidelines should be followed when using such products.
"Since 2006, we found Mr.Guo and get products from him. We used magnets under the earth for the gas and water pipe industries. We have met no problem. We have been working in very happy ways. We have many cooperation. Every year, we spent time together and sometimes, we invited him to Korea. He is our younger brother. Strongly recommended!!"

"I had email to Mr. Guo for rare earth magnet requirements. They replied my e-mail promptly, and were very professional. Mr. Guo’s team still continues to deliver rare earth magnets to our agreed specifications with a very high quality standard since 2012. His team is very professional and thorough with its work. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them."
